Mango Lime Jam.


It was my first time making a Mango Jam. I added too much apple so it's a little thick in texture, but it's yummy. I also used grated bits of the lime rind to add colour & flavour. I used a recipe I found in the "Canning for a New Generation" book. I will probably try to make this again with less apple for a better texture in the future. The best of intentions don't always work in canning. Remember to try, try again!
