Pop! Pop! Pop! The first Jam of the year is cooling on the counter!

Sugar Free Strawberry Raspberry Jam.
(Light batch canning = 4 x 250 ml jars)
You Need:
4 cups of crushed fruit
1 cup of no sugar added cranberry juice (or apple if you want a neutral flavour)
1 pkg of Bernardin no sugar pectin
Can as usual.
That's it. Perfect for when you have leftover fruit & you don't know what to do with it. Jam has a slight tart taste thanks to the cranberry juice which is perfect if you are like me & you don't want it too sweet.
