Canning Wish list for 2013

I acquired my jelly bags, shopping for a pressure canner & now I want this lovely item.

It's the Chef'n StemGem Strawberry Stem Remover. It looks awesome. I can't wait to get started on this years canning. My husband & family has eaten everything I had, so today I was **requested** to make more jam. So today I sacrificed my frozen fruit supply & whipped up Bumbleberry jam & Strawberry Jam with Orange. The first season of fresh Ontario grown items will start trickling in during the month of April. As well, I can look forward to fresh items at my local Farmers Market. I have to ask though, what is your favorite canned item to have over winter?
